1. Shipping Within India
Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders
₹69 Shipping Charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Delivery is handled through reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, and others
All shipments are secure and fully insured
For COD deliveries, the courier partner may call you before delivery for confirmation.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours after being placed
Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 working days depending on the delivery location
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
⏳ During festive seasons or unexpected delays by courier partners, delivery time may extend slightly.
3. Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
You may contact the courier partner directly to reschedule the delivery
orRequest delivery to a nearby pickup point
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
4. Shipping Responsibility
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Vasttra is not responsible for delays caused by:
Unforeseen logistics issues
Courier partner delays
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by customers
Customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking number
Tracking link via SMS/Email
You can track the live status of your delivery anytime through the tracking link.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged, open, or tampered:
Please do not accept the delivery
Notify us immediately
This helps us raise the issue with the courier and process a resolution faster.
