Refund & Return Policy – Vasttra

At Vasttra, we always strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, satisfying, and enjoyable. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help you with an easy and transparent return & refund process.


1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from the Vasttra official website.

Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please place a new order after refund is processed.


2. Guidelines for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Product must be in undamaged condition

📌 Important:
If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or missing item, please share unboxing video proof and contact us within 24 working hours of delivery.
Claims without video proof may not be accepted.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with missing tags or damaged packaging

  • Used or washed products

  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

  • Products without video proof in case of damage/incorrect item issues


4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your return request is approved:

⏱️ Process Breakdown:

  • 2 business days → Pickup from your location

  • 24 hours → Refund initiation after QC approval

  • 5–7 working days → Refund reflects in customer account

⚠️ Delivery/Handling/COD charges will not be refunded once a product is successfully delivered.

If the order is lost or undelivered, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued.


5. Pickup Attempts & Responsibility

Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from the delivery address.
We make three pickup attempts.

If pickup fails after 3 attempts, the request will be marked as failed.

📌 Note:

  • Hand over the correct product during pickup. Wrong product returns will not be accepted.

  • If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you may self-ship the product and we will reimburse shipping cost up to ₹100.


6. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, kindly contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.

Most orders are shipped quickly, so cancellation might not always be possible.
Refund for prepaid orders will be credited to the same mode of payment used during checkout.


7. Refund Method for COD Orders

For COD purchases, refunds are issued only via bank account transfer.
Customers must provide valid banking details for processing.


8. Refund Tracking

Banks may take additional time depending on processing speeds.
For amounts below ₹5000, banks may not send SMS notifications — please check your bank statement for confirmation.
