Vasttra is an online women’s ethnic and contemporary clothing store offering sarees, kurtis, suits, lehengas, and other apparel. All products are sold at the price displayed on the Website.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION BY VASTTRA
Your order may be cancelled due to:

10. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours if not processed or shipped.
Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped → cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued via Store Credit or Bank Transfer based on policy.
11. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available only for selected pin codes
Maximum COD limit: ₹10,000
Refusing COD orders repeatedly may result in account restrictions
No refund is applicable for failed, refused, or fraudulent COD orders.
12. FRAUDULENT / DECLINED TRANSACTIONS
Vasttra reserves the right to:
Block or delete suspicious user accounts
Cancel orders flagged as fraudulent
Recover charges, legal fees, or losses caused by fraudulent activity
13. CREDIT / DEBIT CARD DETAILS
You confirm that:
All card details provided are valid and belong to you
You will not use any card without authorization
Vasttra is not liable for misuse of cards
Card details may be shared with payment gateways for verification
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products are sold “as is” without any warranty beyond what manufacturers may provide.
Vasttra is not responsible for:
Product defects from manufacturers
Damages caused by misuse
Services from third-party vendors (couriers, payment gateways)
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
